With a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard University and nearly 20 years of experience in both sports and business, I combine academic insight with real-world perspective. My work focuses on transforming mindset, building resilience, and guiding people through the mental side of performance so they can lead with authenticity, courage, and joy.
My passion for this work is deeply personal. I've navigated my own transitions — from the highs and lows of competitive sports to the complexities of corporate life. I understand how perfectionism and pressure can limit growth, and I’m committed to helping others move past those barriers with practical tools and compassionate support.
