With a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard University and nearly 20 years of experience in both sports and business, I combine academic insight with real-world perspective. My passion for this work is deeply personal. I've navigated my own transitions — from the highs and lows of competitive sports to the complexities of corporate life.
